Who: New York Yankees vs. Philadelphia Athletics
When: June 3rd, 1932
Where: Shibe Park in Philadelphia (later known as Connie Mack Stadium) -- houses eagles (NFL), phillies and athletics --- closed in 1970
What:
-- Lou Gehrig became the first player to hit 4 home runs in a game, (they were consecutive)...
-- During the ninth inning, Gehrig smoked a pitch to deep center field, and was almost had his 5th of the day
-- Tony Lazzeri hit for the cycle
-- Yankees set a Major League record with forty-one extra bases.
-- Yankees set a team record four 5 errors in a game

Stats:
Lazzeri - 5/6 -- 6 rbi (single(2), double, triple, hr, and a stolen base)
