The first exercise you should practice is finding your letter o key (located between the i and p), instead of the zero key (which looks like this: 0 and is between the 9 and the dash key). Uber annoying and very juvenile.

Onto your question. It sounds like you're not talking about needing to lose 40lbs, and that you've only gained a few extra pounds recently. To get rid of these you need to reduce your calorie consumption. You can do this by either eating less or increasing your exercise level. Try reducing the amount of calories you're eating by approx 300 per day, this is easy to do by simply cutting out a serving of soda, chips or candy. Doing this will put you on track to lose about 5lbs per month.

Alternatively (or in addition), you can add cardio exercise to your daily routine. To achieve a nice, lean look, try swimming laps. You can also try simple brisk walking for 45 min, which will burn approx 350 calories and put you on track for the weight loss/time-frame mentioned above.

Either of these little modifications to your life will achieve results for you. Don't try anything too drastic, by keeping it simple and light you're more likely to stick with it for the long haul. Also, remember to be patient with your results, if you're still rather small then losing 5lbs will take alot longer for you than it would for someone who's 200lbs. Keep in mind that you shouldn't lose more than 2lbs per week to be healthy and safe.

Good luck!

omigosh the same exact thing happened to me!!! well, what I'm doing is just absolutely resisting the "good foods" XD... it's REALLY hard for me sometimes, but what you could do is chew some long-lasting gum, cuz it's hard to eat and chew gum at the same time, so... yeah :D and chewing gum is good for your teeth and eating junk food isn't... so think about it for maybe 5 seconds before you buy it, because it sure works for me! When I'm about to reach for that chocolate on the table, i think twice and POOF! :D

Also, you should practice ballet. Everyone I know that practices ballet is CRAZY SLIM. If you're not exactly the Swan Lake Princess (i know how you feel... XP), then try out for gymnastics. Everyone there is slim, and you can do some bodybuilding without looking buff... ewww.... :P

The best way is to go to a gym but if you want to save money try running or play some kind of sport. And be sure to eat healthy. Fruits and water could be a healthy way to go on a meal.

well dont go anerexic and have a good diet, but dont try to exercise everyday cuz your prolly not used to it and no that is way to less 300 calories a day is very light if you eat about 1000-1500 (if u have a 2000 cal diet) would work

You could increase your activity level by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking instead of driving/riding when possible, and develop and exercise routine. Always eat healthy meals regularly.
