probably a lot of the suggestions you get here will no doubt fix the problem but you should be aware that man made fabrics are notorious for creating static electricity i.e. nylon, rayon, polyester etc. unfortunately a lot of modern clothes are made out of these fabrics because they are cheaper than and easier to maintain than natural fabrics so unless you search out clothes which are natural like silk, wool or cotton etc. youare always going to have this problem, so best of luck in your efforts and if the worst comes to the worst you can always hold a light bulb and be energy efficient. lol

I wipe a dryer sheet over my legs, skirt/dress. You can keep it in your purse to touch up at a bathroom break. This also works good for kids with stocking hat hair. Good luck!

Take a dryer sheet and rub your hair with it. I absolutely have an similar problem in iciness. It helps too in case you in effortless words poke your brush or comb by the dryer sheet earlier you brush/comb. Dry air can truly upload to the problem so that you would evaluate getting a humidifier for you residing house/apt.

My mother use to spray aerosol hairspray on her skirts so they wouldn't stick to her. Just the inexpensive stuff like Final net works.

go to walmart, walgreens, or any other store and they have sprays that prevent static when wearing leggskirts with leggings, jackets, or even staticy hair.
