It sounds like they are just immature. People can change. You need people around you who will see the you that you are now, not the former you. Anyone who is a good person will not take into consideration who someone used to be. We've all made mistakes and we've all done things that we wish we didn't, I'm sure they can't say that they haven't. To judge you for who you were is pretty immature. Hopefully it is not the scool staff who is doing this as well. But just hold your head high. It usually takes people a while to see that the new you is going to stick. Once they see that this is how you are and that you are not reverting back to the old you, they will begin to accept you for who you have become. Keep going with life the way you are going, it sounds like you grew up alot, and it sounds like you are really enjoying the way your life is headed. So stick with it, and don't listen to anyone who tries to bring you down. You know who you are, and that's all that matters.

Its because first impressions are very powerful. The initial reaction you get from someone is deeply rooted into your memory and is hard to "break". And you ARE the same person. Just because you may have changed your moral outlook (or whatever you have changed) doesnt mean you are now a totally different person. You are still ____(your name) and will be treated as ____ . People that did not know you before your "change", will treat you as you are now. But it will take a drastic action on your part to make a powerful distinction between who you were and are mow for your fellow classmates. I hope I didnt get too confusing and hope this helps!

Most people don't like to give up things that they have, such as having you.
Most people don't like to lose a friend.
When you change, you change.
When you change, you are not the same, in all aspects, as you were before.
You have new attitudes, new beliefs, your actions are different.
Those changes within you are highly recognizable by you, but not nearly as much by others. You are no longer predictable to the others. They get less security out of the relationship with the changing you, and with that relative insecurity, they may wonder if you still accept them.
Congratulations for having the ability of change, openness and adaptability.

MMA has a lot that Kung Fu does not and vice versa. they're thoroughly diverse. each and each individual that tries to act like one incorporates all of the different is an fool undeniable and easy. If any type contained each and every thing then it particularly is all each and each individual may well be doing. area of the impressive thing concerning to the martial arts is all of them have their own specialties and flavors. Kung Fu is a cultural journey crammed with background and alluring strikes, MMA is a no frills battling technique. %. your determination and don't pay attention to each and each individual that makes ridiculous claims approximately classic varieties having each and every thing and being one hundred% complete. I spent 6 years education in classic Northern Shaolin Kung Fu varieties to boot as 3 in Wing Chun and not as quickly as did I ever learn genuine floor battling.

People are changing and growing everyday. You may like something now that you wont like a year from now.

You learn, and you grow, but basically you don't change. You change your clothes, and your hair, and your motives maybe, but people really don't change without tremendous undertaking. Even then it's really difficult. Get over yourself and just hang and be you.

maybe it's because they haven't changed so that's why they still think you haven't changed.
if they're such dopes, why do you care about their opinions? live your life to the best, and the hell with the rest.
