i was watching a video on youtube and my laptop froze and gave me a blue screen. it still boots up but while it does that the windows boot screen stays up for about 2 to 3 minutes. and it runs slower. how could i fix whatever is wrong and make my computer fast like it was

Check the device manager for any hardware problems. Problems are noted by a yellow exclamation point next to the device category.

You can find the Device Manager under Control Panel.

Also, now is a good time to backup any important files that you have on the hard drive. It may be a sign that the hard drive is failing. Do you hear any unusual noise coming from the hard drive?

Ur video drivers are either corrupt or facing some problem try reinstalling ur VGA drivers.If u don't try from driversguide.com

You probably need to update your video drivers. Go to your manufactures webpage and search for "video drivers" for your perticular model.

De-frag the hard drive. And make sure you have at least 512MB/1GB ram.
