If you are keen on doing an ME or an MTech, you need to prepare for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineers) exam by subscribing to tutorial institutes like Brilliant Tutorials and exhaustively studying for a year or so. Once you clear that exam with an excellent percentile, you can apply for premier institutes like IIT, NIT (formerly REC), etc. Good Luck!
