Zero, If you would have the mind of the rich businessman, you would invest that money in the stock market until it triples then you would ask the government for another 112 billion, to build Hospitals and star the process over again. In the mean time you would get the money from contractor kickbacks to build cheep schools with an artificial front that can be moved from school to school, you would then pay off elected officials, UN reps. and the media to give the government a favorable report. Then pay the Air Force to bomb the shacks and justify needing more money. Dam if I had that mind of the rich businessman and some connection, dam I would be rich.

A better question would be how many US schools could be built with 112 billion dollars.

If you have a no bid, cost plus contract 1. And it will take you approximately 112 years to get it done. If you can find labor that is cheap enough for you to make enough profit to continue to pay off the politicians, that is.

Don't know the exact number but I bet you could build at least 10,000 modern american schools and have enough left over to build 500 new VA Hospitals.

112 000 if each school cost $1 000 000 each. I`m glad not to be an American taxpayer put it that way. I think the money would be much better spent in your own country , for example job creation or health care.

ZERO. The contractors will rip you off. They are unaccountable and will just pocket the money. Just like they have already done in Iraq.

I don't know but shouldn't we build more American schools? Maybe if we have less over crowding children won't want to kill each other to vie for the teachers attention.
