Al Gore is just one of the elite. He wants to win over all the green people. I'm also one of the people who have to be careful how much gas I use due to the cost. Their is not a single contender in the presidential hopefuls that I'd vote for. These idiots have no idea what is happening in this country!! They are sooooo insulated with their wealth........I don't have much hope for my beloved America.

Yes, he is....if he did not do anything at all. If that's so he would NOT drive a hybrid, install energy efficient windows, work at HOME, install solar power panels, install fluorescent bulbs, joined an investment firm called Generation Investment Management which invest investors' money to companies pleging to create ALTERNATIVE ENERGY, and donate the profits he earned from his book and DVD to the crusade. Here is the source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_Gore_controversies#Use_of_energy_in_home. Now, should he do more? Yes, he can make sure that his mansion does not consume power from the power gas plant.
I'm glad that he and his like need to be exposed or they'll lose SUPPORT. At least, Gore's trying.

Al Gore spends $1300 a month on his electric bill while telling me I should be using florescent light bulbs. Go figure.

-his house uses up 20 times more energy than the average home.
-one trip in his private jet uses more fossil fuels than the average american family uses in a year. he can just fly commercial if he cares so much about the environment.
yes, the globe is warming...but not because of us!
al just seems like another case of 'do as i say, not as i do.'

Hypocrisy is the act of condemning another person, where the stated basis for the criticism is the breach of a rule which also applies to the critic and of which the critic is in breach to a similar or greater extent.
Al Gore calls for people to make sacrifices to improve the planet, and yet he is not willing to make any.

You are late with all that diatribe. Conservative hate radio covered that yesterday. What would you expect a wealthy man to live in, a tent? He is converting to 100% green energy. Are you?
With alternative energy people might have lower prices plus lower emissons unlike what we have now under the oil business administration.

Are you a scientist or do you have long conversations with climatologists? Gore has been having conversations with the scientific community for 30 years. He understands it....What's your claim to fame Einstein?
If your main complaint is that he's rich...then you have to start pointing your finger at every politician...especially Republican politicians
If the US was a whaling country and whales were nearly extinct, you'd be saying that the population of whales was fluctuating naturally, man has nothing to do with it.

I think he is the type of man the feminist want groveling at their feet. He's a metro-sexual pantywaist that worships at the temple of liberalism.
