Things you need to open an Online Business

Domain Name - About $10 yearly
Hosting - Around $6 monthly
Shopping Cart - if you are selling something online.
Payment Processor - Like Paypal so you can accept payment online.

You will also need someone to create your website if you do not know how to do it, I recommend http://www.intrinzicdesignz.com they offer great web design services for as low as $79 to $199 one time fee. Each website they create have a free website editor that will let you update your website as well as create new web pages even without any programming knowledge.

http://ewebsmith.com has some free online businesses. Hosting and domains can be purchased for less than $10 per month. You can get free websites but no one buys from free websites. You can tell they're free because the have domain names like freewebsite.store.com People already don't trust websites enough that a free one just suggests that they might get scammed.

I use http://www.greatvaluewebservice.com There domains are really cheap and come with a bunch of free extras. (Hosting, e-mail, blog, ect.) They are like $9/year. They also have shopping cart plans and everything you would need to start an e-commerce business.
