You need to examine yourself deeper that what you know who you are now. You may just have an environment of people wwho gets too emotional as you are that's why you tend to be like that.If that bothers you a lot, then try to look seek for advise from your friends , paernts or you may even try to ask a father's help.

Your emotional balance is over loaded. By that i mean that the stress of everyday life has built up in you so much that every little thing becomes a huge issue. You must empty some of the baggage you carry around with you. Try meditating or exercising any kind of activity that would be a stress reliever. Me personally i like to sit alone in my room and just let all of my emotions come to the surface. it can be quite overwhelming and you may want to put your face in a pillow and scream. Screaming helps release pent up tension.

There are lots of reasons to get nervous, anxious, sad, shy and obnoxious. When did these feelings start? About what age? What triggers these emotions in you? When are your emotions worst? Do they ever get better?
I might suggest that you find a good qualified psychotherapist in your area. They are trained to deal with these emotional issues and would be able to give you the help that you need.

ya know i felt the same way , just a few days ago , it s up down for me though im bipolar and was diagnosed a few years ago with it and ive always been scared to go to doctors cause they want to put ya meds for just whatever and nobody really wants to listen to your pain, cause everyone already has enough of their own... the cold truth is that you have to toughen up and be strong and it is hard sometimes you have to just seriously, just not stop...goin with the flow .... and someone told me once a good friend that attitude is a choice , if you get angry... its b/c you chose to take that particular incident and obscure it in a bad way and you got mad when everyone else didnt or the thing itself did ...etc. and when your sad you are sad b/c you allow your self to be rather than actually having to do something.... so i decided that when im down ... i try to laugh about something . i try to think about what the little one in side (what i would have said as a kid , and sometimes it works, sometimes play a game with your self like... try to convince yourself that you're happy when your not and tell your self what is good , simple , think simplicity...... the air.. there arent bombs goin off outside and there are starving children in your den with magots on their eyes and flys in their one grain of rice....if ya need more encouragement or something feel free to ask....one more thing i dont take meds so ive been lookin for other treatments on that and i found surprisingly if bipolar or manic depressives would eat right and exercise... you increase these certain things in your body.... im no doctor.... but they create lots of good stuff we are all capable of having but neglect to put to use... ive been lazy most of my life so sounds good.....
