I'm attracted to a gentleman, but our start has left me feeling there's no hope in going forward with trying to have a relationship with him. What are your thoughts? Does this relationship has legs? Does he want it as much as I do?

There's not enough information for me to tell exactly what you mean,but my guess is you,got intimate and no call or contact after that.If he is interested in you you will at least get a call soon.if not ,call him.but guard your affections.This could carry on and you get hurt worse later. Let it go let him make the move,go slow.
Maybe he's married or has a girl friend.Whatever,go slow.

he might be using you for a bit he could be married watch your step please. be up front with him and ask a lot of questions believe me on this one also
