I had a trade offer
tim hudson and todd jones for Daisuke Matsuzuka. I did not want to accept it but I meant to click decline but I accidently hit accept. Do you think I MADE A BIG MISTAKE OR WAS IT GOOD THAT I MESSED up?

Your team is pretty good.
That trade is not that bad and here's why. If you can land a closer via waiver or trade, you'll be fine. Todd Jones only gets saves and doesn't strike out many people so he's just one or 2 tool closer.
Hudson was probably your 4th starter and Matsuzaka will be Boston's 3rd (for now). Of course there'll be some rough starts but same with everyone. Now you have someone who will be watched by every fan. I doubt you'll have any trouble trading Daisuke later in the season. If you really want to dump him, offer trades right after he has a great start and even though he's having a bad season, people will think he can turn it around just after one start.

It's an ok team i think you definantly made a mistake with that trade because it looks like todd jones was your only closer and he was a good one.

its about a 7 out of 10, not horid but decent. and yes you made a mistake with the trade, pick up a closer from free agency as you need one. hope this helps.
