Hold up there. If you are 4'11 in 6th grade, you are gonna have to grow a lot. I'm assuming you will probably end up between 5'7 and 6'0, which is pretty small, so you are going to have to work on your dribbling, 3 point shooting, and defense. Just work your tail off. I think it's great you want to play for the best school ever, UCLA BRUINS!

Getting a D1 scholarship, especially to a traditional power like UCLA, is no easy feat. However, it all depends upon your desire and your talent. There are millions of guys out there with loads of talent, but absolutely no desire to do what it takes to grab that brass ring.

I can guarantee you that there are guys playing hoops on a corner who could beat LeBron one on one, yet they probably didn't even play high school ball. They have a great perimeter game, play above the rim and handle the ball like magic back in the day, but they just wouldn't put in the effort.

Keep your grades up, work on your game and play people who are generally better than you as much as you can. If you are in sixth grade, try to find some eight graders to play with. That way, you can elevate your game. If your talent level is not the best, or even if it is, keep working hard at the game. Coaches love gym rats. That might just be the difference between playing at UCSB and UCLA.

Retail fee of gas has no longer something to do with the president. The unemploymnet fee replaced into over 10% and is now 8%. The debt replaced into greater desirable by skill of $5-6 trillion from the $11 trillion debt Bush left. because of the fact the Pres has attempted to get somewhat some jobs and tax proposals by Congress which might have decreased the deficit and the debt and raised employment.

Play all the time. Learn to shoot like Ray Allen by shooting 1000+ shots a day. Walk to school dribbling your basketball. Work at it all the time when your not studying. It helps to get good grades. You'll play college ball somewhere if you keep working. Maybe or maybe not UCLA

Think basketball, eat basketball, and dream basketball. It sounds like you can play. You'll probably grow up to be at least 6ft 2inches if not taller. Work hard at the things you think you can't do well. If I were you I would shoot 300 free throws everyday. The more you practice the better you'll be. Don't let any one discourage you and always believe in you ability to make plays.

Chances of playing Basketball for UCLA are just like every other school in the nation, you have to prove that you can be a very good basketball player.

You're in the 6th grade. You've got 5 more years to go. Just keep working on your game and hope you grow. At your age, that's really all you can do.
