Of course being a good housekeeper helps, but get him to relax as soon as he comes home.
I don't know if this is what you want to do, but this is probably the best things to help him.
1. Learn about massages; not just rubbing his neck and shoulders. There are some good books on this subject. I have "The Complete book of Massages".
2. Show him why he is doing it. Dress up really pretty for him; not too much, just enough to make him excited. When it's time for bed, wear something silky and sexy; not outrageous. Unlike TV or magazines, us men want our wives/girlfriends to look pretty, not sleazy.

Your boyfriend needs to find a saner place to work. Until he can (I wouldn't reccomend quitting, It's always best to find a job before you leave a job) He has to do this exercise: Standing in front of a mirror, he has to say " They are insane. I am sane."
Throughout the day he must do this.
He can't let the bosses yelling at him affect his work. He has two choices, he can confront them and say "You hired me to be your Analyst. You didn't hire me to yell at me" and take the risk of losing his job. Or, he can ignore what they do and set boundaries. This can also lead to losing his job.
You can help out too. Find out ways that you can get a part-time job to help out. Finishing school is important, but he probably feels really stressed because he's not just working to support himself, he's working to suppor the both of you.
Also, I think you should talk to him and ask him what's really important to him. Does he hate his job or does he just hate the company. Is he following his dream? Are you following yours? A relationship should be about two people creating the space for each other to follow their dreams.

In any job it can be quite stressful, deadlines , bosses or other employees freaking out...Welcome to Life* in the working world.
He has 3 options. Sit down and talk with his boss/employer and ask if they feel he's doing a good job. If they say YES he can ask WHY do you need to yell at me all the time??
or he can just continue doing his job, learning...and ask calmly to the person yelling at him, why is it you need to yell i'm right here.
or he can look for another job..and hope it's not the same crazy hours or stress.
GOODLUCK*

Make sure that you keep up on the housework. I know it seems like such a little thing, but if he is that stressed out, to come home to a clean house with dinner made would probably be the best thing you can do for him.

Tell him you support him no matter what his decision is. Listen to him. Don't really offer advice (guys usually just want you to listen). Offer to get a part time job to help out with the household expenses. Also, offer to help him find another job if he so chooses to do so.
