Does anyone know when Bi (Rain), a popular Korean singer in Korea, is going to debut in America?

I heard that he was going to be debuting in late 2007? but then again I heard that Se7en was supposed to debut early 2007....
but that's what I've read. Idon't remember where tho o.O

not purely do i come across the sound of rain relaxing yet i like the scent of rain. I additionally think of the sound of rain interior the evening facilitates set the temper; not something like making love with your gf all nigh once you pay attention it raining exterior. it fairly is romantic.
