I was just sitting here, and now I can barely breathe b/c the pain in my upper back is so bad. It just hurts so bad! Im just about 36 weeks pregnant, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this before...

I timed it like Miami Lilly said, and its coming and going roughly every 4 min... i dont know if its back labor though b/c of how high it is...

This might sound weird but whenever i get heart burn that is where i get intense pain. Maybe try some tums!! Good luck

Does it sound crazy to time them..like regular contractions? If they become closer together, and last longer it could be back labor...just a thought.

Could be heartburn? Or maybe baby is pushing up on your diaphragm? Makes it more difficult to breathe.
