Hey everyone,

I recently came up with what I believe is a very unique concept for a t-shirt business. I already have a website reserved and have my business name decided on. I'm in the process of taking the next step of having a website designed and having the t-shirts printed, but I want to know what is the best way to protect my boutique shirts from being printed by other companies. Copyright? Trademark? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...

Scott

If I recall it is copywrite the idea. Patent the process or product. Trademark the logo.
