Tighten your vagina often, especially while sitting. It's called the kegel muscle or stretch , i read about it when I was pregnant. Do a search on kegel muscle or kegel stretch.

There is an exercise called keagles,which is flexing the keagle muscles,and woking them out,ask google or yahoo for more info...also,Ciny Crawford(yes the X model) did after childbirth video about 5 years ago with keagle techniques...she demistrates and does the whole routine with you,keagles info is easy to find though it is a comon practice after childbirth...and is EXTREMELY efective!! I did it with mine,and I still on occasion do...also,there are actually keagle balls(they are metal balls) you insert them into your tweeter and hold them there with your keagle muscles...this too is great...lots of novelty shops carry or XXX shops...happy squeezzzin!!

well i was always told that you can take a warm bath with (abscent salt). And it tighten the muscle in your vagina.

You can make the vagina tighter by doing kegel exercises daily, and/or using Orgasm balls (also called Ben Wa balls).

There is a weighted dildo, the same shape as a babies soother.
The idea is to grip it, so it will not fall out, so exercising the muscles.

kagels - flexing of the vaginal muscle. I know cause it works... Women have to do kagels when they get pregnant or after they have babies and abstinance! i know dumb but lack of penatration will make you tighter just because the muscles are doing alot less stretching when you dont have sex. good luck
