press start go to help and support and pick restore add date you had it. it say undo changes good luck

Click & hold the left mouse button in an empty spot on the bar and drag it to the bottom of the screen. Don't worry if you don't see it move, when you get to the bottom, it'll appear there.
When it's where you want it, right-click and choose "lock the taskbar" to keep it in place.

Right click on the taskbar, the one on the side now, (an empty area) and click.. Tile Windows Horizontally. After it moves to the bottom, click Lock the Taskbar..Good Luck..

Click down on the taskbar and drag it back to the bottom of the screen like you would an icon.
Then, right click on the taskbar and select 'Lock the Taskbar' and it wont happen again!

right click taskbar (wherever it might be) and make sure lock taskbar unchecked, then put mouse on taskbar hold left mouse button down and drag taskbar to bottom let go Lmouse button and then to keep it there right click again and click lock taskbar

Right click on the taskbar and click lock the taskbar, then drag and drop the Start button back to where you want it. I think you aren't the brightest crayon in the box.
