Its a lot.. don't fool yourself
even the trojan commercial where they are talking about the spread of HIV in very small print in the corner says "helps reduce the risk."
Depending on how the condom is used, the correct size, the places it goes, how its stored, etc.. I would say they would break or become ineffective somewhere in the ballpark of 3% to 50% of the time.
the only 100% is to not have sex to begin with.

It is 99% effective but the other 1% I guess is the chance of it breaking or slipping off.

if it breaks,,the percentage is irrelevant,,,,always practice safe sex,,,and it won`t break with normal use,,but you can`t stretch em but so much,,so johnny longshlong,,be careful
