seems our idea of a free country and the governments are completely different. most of it is just to make money, sometimes the lobbyists have a hand in it. the problem is both parties are guilty of taking our freedom.

In a civilized society when people act uncivilized it is necessary to stop them. Unfortunately those who drink responsibly are hurt by the idiots who don't.
Where I live all fireworks are banned. Even the big ones shot off by professionals. The reason is that one July 4 some idiot had some illegal bottle rockets and lit them off. One didn't go up but went to the side and struck a 9 year old girl. The girl was severely burned. Of course, the pyromaniac who lit the rockets took off and nobody seemed to know anything. So, because the big pyrotecnic display draws all sorts of people including idiots the city banned fireworks altogether. One fool ruins the fun for everyone else. That's why it happens.

If anybody could use user-friendly experience and good judgement, there does no longer be a great sort of rules. persons are continuously searching for advice on the thank you to bypass the regulations. regulations are meant to guard. it fairly isn't any longer ok for a guy or woman to hold a gun. I even have weapons and be responsive to the thank you to apply them, yet i does no longer think of of donning a gun in public as Plaxico did. curiously, he did no longer be responsive to the thank you to apply one. It had a chambered around and the protection curiously replaced into no longer on. this could have been a trajedy. He could have been injury greater heavily or some harmless guy or woman could have have been given killed. u . s . of america is a loose u . s ., yet freedom comes with accountability. Responsibilty demands accountability. accountability demands appreciate for self and others. Freedom does not recommend you're able to do in spite of you decide on for.

Well, that's one I'm afraid I don't know the answer to. We're a great country, check. We've had free and fair people for a long time, check. We used to never buckle to any master, high nor low, triple check. But now, we're sold out to a land were even the high courts are essentially a corporation run by old-money bigwigs. It's probably to stop us from kicking their butts and re-establishing ourself as a country, ya know? But what would I know, heheh...
Anyhow, hopefully we'll see some reform sooner or later. We're the ones who've gotta bring these problems up to the elite in power, and I guess if we don't do it, no one will. But that's just my two cents, ya know?

First, we are a nation of laws.
Second, the bad behavior of the few have caused more and more laws to be written during our history. Things like drinking on the beach, public intoxication, etc.
There is no end to the creativity of those among us who have no regard for other people and their "stuff".

They are trying to protect everyone from everything and to force people to conform to certain standards set by politicians based on their personal preferences. The average mentality in america is that anything different is wrong and must be crushed. Soon there will be no diversity in this nannystate. Its already starting to look like neighbourhoods even individuals are just copy and paste. People can't stand people who aren't exactly like themselves... protection and control - mostly control.

We are a free country just so you are able to complain about it without getting shot. Laws are necessary.

Because people mistakenly believe the Government can or will protect them from life. They don't understand that government is not the solution, it is the problem.
