Yes our cycle is 21 days 1 week we are normal week before your period you have the pms then during your period you evened out some then on the down side your coming out of it so that leaves one week that us ladies are totally normal and only one week. Isnt that a Big B.

Yes you can get them before and during...it gets worse if you are over 35 years of age!!! i take ibuprophen to relieve my pains ...perscription from the doctor 600mg...every 4 hours...BUT NOT after...hummm

you can feel a little emotional all the time, no matter where your period falls. its kind of used as an excuse.

Premenstral means before. Then there's postmenstral, meaning after. Your body readjusts.
