i know how electricity is made but what is electricity itself made of?

Static electricity is an imbalance of electric CHARGE. More electrons than positive ions in an object is negative. Vice-versa is positive.

Like charges repel each other, opposites attract.

Electric charge in motion (usually electrons flowing down a wire) is called CURRENT. We can harness this current to do work for us.

Is this what you wanted?

I think it is unusual to understand how electricity is made without understanding what it is made of, and therefore suspect that you may be asking a much more difficult question than what this appears to ask... if you are asking what creates electrical charge, I dont think there is anyone who knows the answer...

if thats not your question the best I can say is this:

some materials have electrons loosely bound enough that they are easy to shuffle about. we call these electrical conductors, and electrical current is the flow of electrons through an electrical conductor.

Electricity is the common name of all phenomena caused by electric charge, whether static or in motion. Electric charge is caused by an excess or deficit of electrons in the charged substance. Electric current is caused by the movement of electrons around a circuit

Electric current is made of electrons which is measured in Ampere (Coulomb / Time, while Coulomb can be expressed in number of electrons)

It's the flow of electrons along a conductor. The number of electrons is measured in amps, and the force or pressure of the flow is measured in volts.

Its an energy right. Its like how windmill generate their energy. If u have heard of kinetic and potential energy u will understand a little bit of what i mean. Its not a chemical reaction thingy whereby u need raw materials.
