Ok so my computer screen on my laptop has been like flikkering but not the whole thing just like the backlight and then it finally went out for like 6 or 7 seconds but now its back on and running... is it going to eventually burn out or something? wat do i do if it does. It is a semi old nobilis laptop and it has xp and all the latest updates and i also run scans for viruses and spyware frequently and i dont get anything bad in it. please help me!

Tough to say. I'd try hooking the laptop up to an external monitor and see if it does the same thing. If it doesn't, I'd assume you backlight is going out.

You may need a new screen. Try http://www.lcdscreen.com , they have the best prices on the Web, that I've seen.

That sounds like a hardware problem which requires a visit to the repair shop. If I was in your shoes, I would take it back to the store where I bought it. If you did not buy it at a store, check the phone book for a repair shop close to you.

attempt PUSHING LIKE F1 AND F2 attempt ALL of those IF THAT DOSE no longer help TAKE THE BATTER OUT THAN placed IT back IN .IF THAT DOSE no longer artwork attempt TAKING IT IN TO a working laptop or laptop shop of a few variety
