My dad works for the USPS. You have to wait until they offer the test you must pass. Once you pass the test you're placed on a waiting list. When there's an opening they'll call you.

Good luck! Oh, there are many books available at your local library that will help you prepare for the USPS test.

Go to www.usps.com and apply online, that is the only way you can do it. They will show you what tests are being offered, for instance I took the 710 test for clerical and they mail you a notice when it is happening.
