On Match, I discovered the most interesting man, with whom I have alot in common, but I only want to let him contact me/or me him, and not anyone else. How do I do this without becoming a member?

Well, you can start by using your head. Lots of times, for example, their username for Match will be their user name for Yahoo or AOL. So, if his username is "handsomeguy1" then try sending an email to handsomeguy1@yahoo.com
handsomeguy1@aol.com
and maybe handsomeguy1@hotmail.com
Get the idea?

You don't. Match.com is a membership-based dating site. You would have to create an account first.

Sometimes they offer a couple free days... Other than that you can sign up for a member ship trial period and cancel in time before they charge you....

I DO NOT think so, MOST SITES like this DO NOT WANT "OUTSIDERS" CONTACTIN' their MEMBERS WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP, unless you CAN scan PROFILES LISTIN' their E-MAILS.
MOST SITES want to PROTECT their MEMBERS from PERVERTS & SEXUAL OFFENDERS.
