Do you have to be a cerain age to own a business?

Question

As my website hosting business is getting larger I am starting to fear legal issues. I am only 15 and have a large hosting business. Is there any laws that say I have to be a certain age to own one?

Give me as many details as you can as I dont want to do anything that is going to put me at risk legally.

you need to have parents who are backing you. since you are under 18, everything must be done on their terms and they are technically & legally responsible unless you would be emancipated. so, i suggest sitting down with your parents and also seeking advice from your family lawyer concerning your business.
