. . . with someone you'd like to get to home plate with :: is it true you shouldn't talk much because she'll try to find something wrong you've said so she can hang you with it later?

Yes, and moreover, I've heard more than a few women say that the love it when a man listens rather than constantly talking about what interests HIM.
So, all in all, the best policy is to shut the hell up.
But then, with my luck, the woman would complain that I'm too quiet and she needs someone more outgoing.....

I agree with Smorb. A man who listens is far more attractive than a man who talks non stop. Of course a man with a sense of humor scores the most points of all. When you put a woman at ease with laughter, she'll be putty in your hands.

I wouldn't think so. I guess I've never thought of it, but also doubt that I've ever run into that problem. Honestly, unless you're an idiot, that would be hard to screw up. Girls decide on something like that early on in the date, and unless you're not observant, you should be able to tell if he's gonna be an idiot.
I haven't worried about it, and it will continue to remain that way.

Thats right, don't say a word, take her to the movies, go buy a large popcorn to share, but before you get back to join her, stick your p**is in thru a hole at the bottom of the popcorn tub, then when she gets to the bottom and touches it, THATS when you finally say " Lets screw like rabbits".

lmao no.... u shouldnt even try on the 1st date that doesnt show the girl any respect... ur better off going and picking up a hooker... and getting her STDs cuz if u get a girl that will do that on the 1st date imagine how many other guys she has done that with and prob. has more STDs then a hooker
