Break their dvd players by slamming them. Install smoke detectors that beep every few minutes around their unit. Enter their unit and move very small objects from time to time. And of course, leave a light on when they are not home for them.

Shame on you!

If your tenant is following the terms of their lease, then there should be no reason for you to ask this question. You're just being mean and spiteful.

On the other hand, if your tenants are engaging in some sort of behavior that's disruptive or causing problems within your building, then shame on you for not developing a more restrictive lease agreement.

I suggest you learn from your mistake and live with the situation until they either violate their lease agreement or their lease has ended.

Harassment, by definition is illegal, so you can't legally harass anyone.

If you are trying to repay them for some wrong they've perpetrated on you, let it go.

Vengeance will only hurt yourself.
