look if you already traveled the grass thing where bikes cant go there well go to the left when you pass the grass then go to the road and you see a hiker it isnt a trainer infront of it is a huge old rock he will say that the regice,regirock,registeel is inside the rock well i think you need to complete your badges to get them.
