Not a good idea to injure him. Besides, she's the one you need to be mad at (don't injure her either). Divorce the B and move on.

Let get this straight he was not an invader. He was invited into your home by your wife. Your liabilities would be minimal if judge by a jury of your piers. Your charges would be far greater if you beat the crap out of him days later. Be careful your actions could get you killed over your unfaithful wife actions.
Why would you want to hurt him anyway? Your covenant was with your wife. Your violence toward your wife adulatory lover is justified because you can't confront the fact your wife wanted him over you. a real man would just kicked him out and deal with the wife accordingly. I actually would have gotten his name because he is my wittiness to my wife's infidelity when I suit her for divorce.

You'd validate your wife's low opinion of you, you'd probably get fired. You'd probably get hurt, and have to heal in jail. You'd get a divorce. You'd be sued so fast you wouldn't have time to sell your dog. Your girlfriend would go out with the other guy. Your wife would date everybody while you were in jail, get a restraining order on you when you got out, and the other guy would get a peace bond on you. She'd sell your car. She'd have a conference call with your mother and your girlfriend. If in the event that you walk in on the delicate situation, do not get stupid. She wants you to catch her. That's why they're in your bedroom. She knows your hours. He is just being used. What should you do, SERVE DRINKS. Call all her friends, tell them to drop by. Call all your Friends, have them drop by. Get out the video. Then get your stuff out of there. Change locks as soon as she leaves, make her go with him, to pick up pizza, call locksmith, so as they are gone. Replace locks, throw her stuff on front yard. Clean out accounts, cancel every card. Get her off your medical. Call your mother, tell her how heartbroken you are. Accuse her of threatening you, and get a peace bond on her. Move in with your girl friend. sell the house. Become a Goth.

If you did do the crime they would check your computer and find that you have asked this question. Your computer will keep a record of your posting even if you delete it, and when they find it you will be charged with premeditated murder or premeditated attempted murder.
Just divorce her and go on with your life.

self defense should be what u say. a fight broke out and u had to defend yourself. he could sue u if he were permanently hurt, it just isn't worth it, as your wife ultimately made the choice and wouldn't be there is she had not wanted him to be.

Get a lawyer that will claim you thought your wife was being raped. Only afterwards did you discover that your wife was a cheating whore! And that had you known, you would have put HER in the hospital instead!

why are u getting mad at the guy? be mad at ur wife. the other guys is just being a guy and doing what guys do. unless it was rape ud better look at ur wife. the guy didnt sleep with her without her consent so its not like he was doing it against u. i know its hard to know who to be angry at. but just think about it. plus u dotn wanna spend time in jail.

You could go to jail, but if he attack you and you defend yourself....
Lets say both start arguing and you accidentally step on his foot He he push you he is attacking you and you don't have any more options than to defend yourself.
