Tell him the kiss meant nothing. Tell him that he's the only guy that u truly want and that this other guy just caught you in a weak moment but u really dont want the other dude and it will never happen again. Show him that you care for him and only him. Treat him like he's the only guy you see. Love him unconditionally so that he realizes that you really do care for him. And when all else fails... BEG!

If I was your (ex) boyfriend, cute wouldn't wash with me at all!
If you're serious about trying to get back together with him, I'd start by writing him a letter first profoundly apologizing for your hurtful behavior and then telling him what he means to you (what you value about him).
And then I'd behave impeccably.
Try to develop some empathy: how would you have felt if you'd found him kissing another girl?

there's a slim chance you might be able to get him back, if you do a lot of nice things for him. but you really shouldn't have cheated in the first place.
