theres this guy i know and he stares at me and its really scary.

I know its irratating, but just ask him nicely, " Why are you staring at me"? If he continues to stare then tell him nicely if he could stop!!! Or just keep your distance from this boy. Your not sure what hes up to. WEll, bye, bye.

If it scares you, then I'm guessing it's a mean look he has on his face while he's staring.
Sometimes people don't realize they're doing it.
Other times they do.
How well do you know him? well enough to ask him why he
does it?
There could be alot of reasons he stares.
He might like you, he might be trying to think of something to say,
he could be staring and not realize he has a mean look on his face. He might not like you, and while staring thinks he's imtimidating you.
There's alot of reasons......either ask him why he's always staring at you or tell him it makes you uncomfortable, or just stay as far away as possible from him at all times.

if he is staring without emotion:daydreaming
if he is staring with emotion:he likes you, or finds something about your face pretty, or disgusting. nah, ur probably pretty. but still, i do think its scary, my guess he likes you but doesnt realize its too much.

he's not staring at you. you stared first, which is how you knew it was staring. shut up you aren't pretty quit being so stuck up. he's wondering why you stare at him. he's probably staring because he's talking crap and you think he likes you. ha. kids these days
