Any odd color or texture suggests the food is spoiled or otherwise not edible.

The physical sensations of taste and smell are unaffected, but you will be searching for the slightest off-taste and the food will be uncomfortable to eat.

Heinz marketed green ketchup a while back. It was not a success.

Have you ever thought about the taste of something and you can almost taste it? Think about tasting a lemon, does your mouth water? Senses are strongly tied to memory, the thought or sight of food can tell your brain to remember what is tastes like. This also occur with the sense of smell.

i have never heard of vision affecting the taste. i know smell affects the taste, but never heard of vision affecting it
