not only did this man get me drunk and get me pregnant but him and that family kept me from my family and his mother took me to human services and got my a medical card she signed as my gaurdian and she wasn't I was a run away i need help to make this man pay for taking my childhood from me

It's statutory rape. Call the police, and take it from there. You need a lawyer.

I can think of a number of charges he should have been convicted of at the time; fraud, statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and giving liquor to a minor. However, the statute of limitations has probably expired by now, although you didn't mention your age. And what became of the baby? Who ended up raising it, or did you put it up for adoption? There are a lot of things to be addressed, so my advice is to get yourself a good attorney to represent you, or at least advise you on what your legal rights may be at this time, if any. If you can't afford an attorney, check with Legal Aid. Good luck to you!

if it has been a long time, consider getting child support if nothing else.
what you should do is counsel other young girls that think running away from home is a good thing to do. it sure didn't work out too well for you did it...
i know what that man and his mother did is criminal but you had the opportunity to go home at any time and you chose not to. you didn't mention being chained to the bed or anything even similar to that.

If you want to sue him, you need to get an attorney to draft the complaint. Try to get your story straight, though. You said "that family kept me from my family" then you said "I was a run away." Sounds like you liked this guy, left home for him and then he got you pregnant and you got scared and want to sue.
I hope I'm wrong and I'm just misunderstanding you, but try to be very true and clear so the attorney can help you. If they did keep you from your family through in a confining manner, sounds like you may have a false imprisonment claim. He definitely has violated the crimes code through statuatory rape, namely, and a few others.
I don't want to get into too much. You need to see an attorney, but try to start gathering evidence to help the process go quicker.

You get nothing, you were of age in the wonderful state of Iowa...not statutory rape as the age there is only fourteen for females to be able to consent. It doesnt matter how old he was.

- have DNA check to prove that it's the man's baby
- make time table event of everything that had happened to avoid confusion.
