Try moving your pad back just a little more, so theres more coverage at the back of your underwear. leaks will happen alot if you sit slouched or if you're laying down. If the pad doesn't feel comfortable, try a tampon

if you use tampons, try a higher absorbancy and use panty liners and if that doesn't work, use a pad along with it. if you use pads, start using a higher absorbancy and put a panty liner in the spot you usually leak at, undernieth the pad. if it's because you are very heavy, this is normal but if you are flooding (leaking through the highest absorbancy within a few hours) see a doctor to make sure you aren't aniemic.

Try using extra long pads. I know they feel like diapers but its either that or tampons. You have to figure out whats right for you. I personally dont think pads are good for people who sit all day long because once you get up, here comes the red river flowing!

I had that problem when I was younger, before I wore tampons. I used to put a little bit of toilet paper in my butt crack, since that is where it is going through. It worked, but then I tried tampons and never had that problem again. tampons are 100 times better in my opinion. I still wear pads, but only at night and on light days.

I suggest a tampon, or a better placed pad. Also, you may want to go to a doctor, as you could be having gastrointestinal problems and/or bleeding from the rectum. A licenced health professional, or even a school nurse, might be able to help you, and it is easier to embarrass yourself in front of strangers when you know you won't ever see them again.

Sounds like your pad is slipping.

Ask your mom about trying some slender tampons. I think tampons are way more comfortable and reliable than pads.

i used to have the same problem in my teens, especially since i was an athlete, so i was always on the move. try wearing the longer-length pads (they're usually labelled "overnight" or "heavy flow" or something like that). they're a god-send!

Sounds like you need a good set of gaskets near the angle stop. Then again I just plumbed out my entire house.
