Hey gurl. Relax, okie? At dis stage, u are just going through some hormonal changes. Yes, at this stage, you will go through it everyday. I have also been there, well, (if dis makes u feel betta), I am still getting it!

What you can do is to wear panty liners. Yet, u mentioned that you dont want to wear panty liners all the time. so, what you can do is to get those special ph3.5 wipes. Everytime, u feel 'unclean', just poop into d ladies' n wipe!

However, dis could be a draw back,... U might have to visit the toilet more often,... D best thing is, though, is dat u will feel clean!

Dear Embarassed,
A couple of things: Firstly, anything anyone tells you on here can NEVER be as good as going to a doctor. However, if you really don't want to, here are a couple of things you should know.

If the discharge ever is yellowish, greenish or brownish, GO TO THE DOCTOR! It could be a sign of a serious (potentially life-threatening) infection. If the discharge is of a chunky, "cottage-cheese" like consistency you most likely have a yeast infection, and should go to the doctor. Never self-diagnose and self-treat, that is a very bad idea and you could make it worse.

It sounds like what you are experiencing is a mucous-based discharge from your cervical "plug." Basically, over the monthly cycle the cervix, which is the entrance to the uterus, has a lining of mucous which changes in thickness and consistency according to the time in your menstrual cycle, to allow sperm in and/or to keep it out. Your body is simply "shedding" it's excess, again usually according to the phase in your cycle you are at.

Some women however, consistently have shedding and unfortunately there really is nothing you can do about it. It should not be more than a teaspoonful of discharge if it is happening everyday, although you might notice more or less around the time of your period. This is normal and is a sign of a healthy bodily function, take solace in the health of your body!

Although it is annoying, you shouldn't have to wear pantyliners with the "normal" amount, just wash your undies in hot water and soap with the rest of the laundry. I hope this helps and I would urge you to go to the doctor if you are really concerned.

White or clear vaginal discharge is common with periods. Maybe you just have over active glands in your vaginal, maybe theres a type of food you eat that causes the excess secretion. I don't think that it's that common to have it that often, but it may be because your body isstill changing so you've got all those raging hormones. You can guy personal wipes, they come with some pads, Kotex i believe it is. Carry them with you, to help yourself feel a little "freasher" down there

It's called discharge. Its perfectly normal unless its green or somthing werid like that.
Wearing thin panty liners help catch the flow.
Production of this fluid may increase when women become "arroused". Its okay though, have you talked to a woman parental figure about it though? maybe they could help...
i hope my info helped though!

yes white and clear discharge is normal and during ovulation you produce a lot more of the clear kind. younger girls produce the most and for the most days during ovulation. as you get older there's not as much and it doesn't last as long. When you're older you'll wish you could get it back!

Maybe the soap/wash you are using is irritating it, and it does that to cleanse itself. Kind of like an eye- when you get something in it, it makes eye-cheese to protect itself and flush the thing out. Try some other things to wash. Maybe something specifically for washing your bun. Look in the feminine care section.

It is normal secretion. It will decrease...wearing pantiliners isn't all that bad...at least you can change them easier than changing your underwear

eventually its going to stop. the same thing happened to me. ur body is cleansing itself. as long as its white and/or clear its nothing serious. if it turns brown, green and i think yellow go to ur doctor. and if it starts burning and icthing. if ur that concerned go to ur doctor and have him/her check things out.
