Sometimes i find it hard to sleep at night because of so much noise from thunderstorm especially if i have to go to school the day after. Do you have any ideas on what to do to block the thunder noise so i can sleep without disturbence? How can i block out the noise and calm down so i can go to sleep?

Get some earplugs. They have really soft ones in the drug store that you compress and then place in your ears and they expand and block most noise. You could also buy a white noise machine that makes a constant sound that also blocks out sounds. Also a glass of milk about 1/2 hour before bed will help to calm you. Has something to do with chemicals in your brain.

Does it thunder everyday where you live?
if so consider buying double glazing glass for your windows , it will prevent the noise.

Sleeping pills,Or turn off the lights listen to relaxing music...

Put some head phones on...like hunters wear when they target shoot...you'd have to sleep on your back. Good luck....Mmmmm thunderstorms....love 'em.

easiest and cheapest thing to do....it but cotton balls in ur ears...and if ur that sleepy...u'll fall asleep no matter how loud .
