the division of currency claims w/ a postal box number is a haox you will lose your twenty dollars if you reply. this so called business must have a physical address.

yes times 3 = scam, scam ,scam. you cannot ever win a contest that you did not enter. hope others will follow your advice.
just say delete.

I'm not sure what you're asking but if it looks like a scam - trust all of who have been scammed in one way or another - it is a scam.

All US PO Box address have physical addresses. There's ways around everything, however, if you go to the post office and ask for the physical address they should give it to you. They may charge for the information but they should release it.
