Are there any services out there that if I loose my car keys someone can call and report them lost?

Like with a tag or something with an ID Number.

There is a service that you get a special key chain with a number on it. If you lose your keys someone can drop them in any mail box and the company will send them to you.
But I don't know if that is what you mean.
