It depends on your defintion of natural. Oil, mostly light hydrocarbonds are used to make plastics. Ethlyene, propylene, butadiene are some common lights. Styrene, cyclopentadiene, and isoprene are some mopre common heavier compounds. Sustitution of the chains and different additives can change the properties of the polymer

Oil, plastics are just refined hydrocarbons with added elements for flexible or various viscosities. Dyes are injected for color. Theoretically completly burning plastics give off only water. but when the injected dye burns it may give off toxics fumes. Also tempuartures have to be hot enough.
