I can't find it on amazon.com or ebay. I found it on www.internationalfilmtv.com and www.shop-4-fun.net, but I'm worried that these are scam websites. Please advise.

It's not out in any official capacity yet. The websites that advertise it, such as shop-4-fun.net, are selling pirated versions that come in plastic sleeves. Apparently the quality is alright, judging by this thread on IMDB:

Try eBay. Again, since they've not been released "officially", they will be bootleg versions.
