I have a new stove and the gas line is not connected. I need to connect the line to the stove.

Buy a connection hose. You will need to buy a shut off (a ball valve). The Brass valve will connect to the pipe threads of black pipe. The flex connection hose will attach to the valve and the stove. I would need more details to give you better device. By the way, I recommend a qualified Gas contractor, my answer is not a procedure that is guaranteed to conform to your local codes..... (my license makes me say all that)

Call a plumber or heating company that does the work. Dealing with natural gas in NOT for the average DIY person. Connecting it wrong or having leaks CAN BE DEADLY.
The place where you purchased the stove should be able to provide you the name of installers.

u will need a 1/2 nipple some pipe dope and a stainless steel hose connector .when all connected turn on gas and leak check with liquid dish soap .look for bubbles
