ok here is the deal i am on level 3 my car is a 5.95% star rate and all the races are won and it still wont let me move on to level 4 how can i get to level 4 and there are no other racers anywhere in the city best answer to the one who can help ...

on the screen that says all of the races that you have completed and not completed , the ones you have not completed you can highlight and start the race from there, you won't get any money for each race.but you get to move onto level 4.
