An advanced civilisation that had a highly developed social and economic structure.
It was governed as an empire with all its estimated 40 regional nome's, answerable to the Pharaoh and his advisers .
The Pharaoh was not only the head of state or King, but was seen as an earthly representation of the principal, God Amun Ra'. Pharaoh was considered divine being in life and death.
Their strong belief in the power of the Gods and their ability to control the natural forces of nature, gave the priests enormous control and power.
It was extremely highly advanced in areas of architecture, building crafts and trades and mathematics.
Astronomy, medicine, writing and literature are among the many other early advancements of the Egyptian civilisation.
Egypt maintained strong military control over neighbouring countries and always maintained a strong military and naval fleet,to defend and expand its territories.
It also enjoyed vast early established trade links by sea and land.
The ancient Pharonic Egyptian civilisation began sometime around 5000 BC in the delta area of the Nile's entrance into the Mediterranean.
This is recognised as the earliest area of civilisation in the world . This was no doubt because unlike Europe and the area of the Mesopotamian basin,Egypt never suffered the effects of the last ice age to an extent that farming could not be established, and the roots of civilisation begun. .

Amazing! One of the greatest civilizations of all time, Egypt
had about 3000 years of greatness. Just seeing places like
Abu Simbel, Luxor(Thebes), valley of the kings, Saqqara,
the Cairo museum(wow!), the great pyramids, and other
sites will tell you all about Egypt's great past. I highly
recommend a trip to Egypt to see it's great structures,
it's history, the Nile river, and of course it's people!

If their Doctors did not cure you, he was up to being killed. Guess not many got cared for.they were just people trying to get through the day. Til the Hebrews wanted out. That sort of changed things.
