You are realizing that you are no longer an invincible creature! This is a normal progression toward maturity. Calm down! We all go through this and now you have some work at hand! Your anxiety stems from internal and spiritual questions that are arising. You must now decide is there a God, an afterlife, who you will be, what you want out of this life, how you will treat others, how you want to be treated by others and how you want to be remembered. Your legacy! This level of maturity in dealing with death, everyone’s ultimate end, is what sets the foundation for many decisions in your life from here on out. Don't let this rob you of the fulfillment you can have in life but let it make everyday worth living! Search for the value and purpose of your life and live it!
I'm truly sorry about your loss. Best wishes.

In times like this, you need to remember the good times, focus on the good memories you have. Death has a way to remind us that we are all mortal, we are all suppose to die one day. If you dwell on that you will only make it worse on yourself. Just remember that you need to enjoy life as it comes, when it comes, and never take anyone or anything for granted.

Try a death & dying grief group. Many hospital's run these support groups.
You must have been very close to your grandfather. Sorry for your loss.
Know that he is smiling on you & wants only for you to celebrate his life.

Just give yourself time to emotionally heal. Death is a hard thing to get over. Just pray about it. Take one day at a time.

Surround yourself with family and friends. Friends are especially helpful at keeping your mind off of your sadness and making you laugh when they know that you are feeling so bad.
I will pray for you. Good Luck!

go out with friends or go and do something that will help you get it off your mind. I know it's hard but if you don't you'll make yourself sick.

nope.
face it, you'll be there one day.
the way i see it, loads of people have died before me, and loads will after me.
Hence it can't be that bad or we would have stopped doing it.
