I tried it ..it went well but she was being too loud ,and disturbed the balcony below us who was doing the same thing ... as long as you don't get caught ..go for it ...there will be someone else with you correct ? ....you did not mention that ..I am kidding , but if there is two people the fine if you get caught will be less it will be public nudity or indecent exposure ..but if you are alone it will be a sexual predator kind of things , and you don't want that ....

Technically, it could be considered Indecent Exposure or even a Lewd and Lascivious act. You might argue that you are doing it on your property, but you are not as you are a renter. Even if you were the owner, doing such an act in plain sight falls under the scope of Indecent Exposure. So, do so at your own risk. Are you an exhibitionist?

yeah u can get arrested n do u what the jugde 2 say the charge is havin sex in public in front of every1 n belive the jugde will say it i know this bcuz i had 2 go 2 court n there were ppl who peep in public n the jugde said loud in front of every 1

If someone called the cops you could get arrested for indecent exposure or something to that nature....that's just if someone calls the cops though..
