when she died the show wasnt the same and the they were trying to get Taylor to take her spot on the show. THAT DIDNT WORK CAUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE AS MUCH DRAMA AS MARISSA. That's probaly why the show got cancelled, and now i watch one tree hill because that show still ROCKS!!!

Taylor was very annoying but I think the show went downhill when the focus went from Ryan being poor and not fitting in with the OC crowd. When he became one of them the show lost its main storyline and had to fill it up with annoying characters and them going back and forth one week they are in love the next they are not no one can watch that week after week. I had already lost interest in Marissa because all she did was get drunk and mess up so I expected things to get better after she died. When a new show starts they always ruin it because when it is a hit I think they get lazy with the writing because they think we will continue to watch.

oh yep.the show wasn't the same.i couldn't believe when she died,she was the principal there,how could the writers think that would work?and after all she suffered the logical is that she would learn and get all better ,right?it was weird.the show was doing great and everything so they didn't need to change the story so much.it was stupid,they wouldn't cancel the show if Marissa still was alive

I don't like Taylor, and all the drama, but I like Caitlyn and her storyline. They should drop the O.C. And maybe make a show about a character similar like hers. It would create way more money
