i cant download ADOVE FLASH PLAYER>? helpppppp me!?

please, i dont know why...i try all of the ways but i couldnt...HELP ME....I WANNA go on mtv.com and i cant!!!

I believe I have the best answer for this question. I have a website that can give you Adobe Acrobat 8. With the download, you can get adobe flash player. The website also helped me with this problem.
