you need to get it out with your fingers. try squating and bearing down to help push it down. if unsuccessful it must be removed using a speculum and forceps by the doctor asap. because it is porous it can cause a serious infection. putting foreign objects up there to get it out yourself is not reccomended, because you can cut and tear delicate vaginal tissue, making yourself even more susceptible to infection.

No matter what you do, you'd have to relax. The more you tense up, the harder it'd be to pull it out.
Maybe taking a bath would help. The tampom will get totally saturated and it's always easier to pull out a saturated tampon then one that is dry.
If all else fails, go to the GYN. I don't recomnd the tweezer approch. It's too easy to poke something you shouldn't.

Fish it out, switch tampon brands and send a nasty letter to the tampon company saying they're product sucked.

Push it out or take it out by hand. OB tampons don't have strings in the first place

You have to reach in and pull it out.

To PPan: OBs have strings but not applicators.

Your going to have to get it out by using your hands. Yes, I know how disgusting that sounds, but it has to be done.
